Background of the work:
Ground and Release the Body: This work grows out of Susannah's 18 years of apprenticeship with Gabrielle Roth, and experience of teaching movement to people from all walks of life. She has been leading 5Rhythms Ongoing Groups for 16 years. During this time she has developed a refined, precise and effective methodology for teaching conscious ecstatic dance.

Susannah's work will be complemented by the discipline of yoga, taught by Sarah Harlow. Sarah has been practising both yoga and the 5 Rhythms for 8 years. She is Yoga Alliance Accredited and teaches in her local community and at a rehab clinic where she works as a nurse and holistic therapist. Her teaching is inspired by her ongoing training in Anusara yoga.

Open, Express and Connect The Heart and the Voice: She has studied voice and music with many renowned teachers and her own journey of freeing her voice and learning to make music has led to her 3 dance music CDs as well as her many years of integrating voice work into her movement teaching.

Stretch and challenge the mind: Susannah is trained as a Gestalt therapist and she is currently studying systems of human development. You will be compassionately supported to enquire into your assumptions about life using several methods, including video feedback and writing. You will also learn mindfulness practices she and Ya'Acov have developed in their teaching to cultivate the qualities of awareness, truth, intention, gratitude, connectedness and kindness.
