Working
with the 5 Rhythms, we practise responding instinctively
to what's going on around us.
We receive and allow ourselves to be inspired by
the attention of others. And we surrender to being
filled by something other than ourselves. When we
are ready, we offer ourselves in service to the stories
that are waiting to be told through us. Together
we give them dramatic form. And we witness ~ amused,
touched, silenced, awed ~ this theatre of the human
condition, these universal tales.
Andrew Holmes has been
dancing the 5 Rhythms for 15 years, and teaches in
many countries. He is a guest teacher for the School
of Movement Medicine, and a long-term student of
Ya'Acov & Susannah Darling Khan.
He is currently in further training with Gabrielle
Roth to teach the emotional maps of the work. He
used to be a theatre director. He lives in England
with his partner Sharon & 13-year old Laurie. |
