Resonance

Your voice is a powerful key to your energy, empowerment, expression and the joy of being alive. Resonance is a rare and unique opportunity to liberate your voice through the dynamic relationship of movement, feeling and voice. We will dance. We will play with free sound, with speech and with song. To free the voice of your dance, to free the dance of your voice, is naked work.

It can involve big leaps as we leave behind known land. For these leaps you will be prepared and supported. An embodied mix of vulnerability and courage is crucial here. So, come if you want to invite out your own moving voice, the freedom and the confidence to sing your own song. This is an intensive workshop involving solo and group work, structured singing and improvisation, for this reason it is limited to 30 participants. Early booking is recommended. This course is open to both experienced singers and people who don't yet know that they can sing. Our work will be supported by master drummer Ben Burrow. Susannah brings the fruit of years of study in the field where dancing and singing meet. Her work honours each individual's journey, whilst her faith in you supports you to take steps you may not have dreamed possible. Her albums are the harvest of her own faith in the particular creative mix that is Resonance.
