The Space Between Us
yearly intensive
Movement Medicine teaches us a range of essential skills for a loving, creative and dynamic relationship. The Space Between Us focuses on the following questions:
• Who am I and what do I need?
• Who are you and what do you need from me?
• How do I stay clear in my own dance and stay open to yours?
• How do we deal with emotion in our relationship?
• Are we aware of the patterns of relationship that we have inherited?
• Do we support each other to be what we can be?
• Are we happy sexually and is our sex life fulfilling and an ongoing adventure?
• Is our relationship the best it could be? Dare we make it so?

The dance is sexy and pragmatic, inspirational and healing. It is a fine teacher and it brings us humbly to the reality of where we are. In the end, it is truth that sets us free.

These workshops are for committed couples. The realisation that our relationship’s struggles and joys are shared struggles and joys, and the sheer ecstasy of embodying our dreams, make this a potent alchemical blend. As well as deep explorations in the dance, each evening, you will be given a series of exercises to practice in the sanctity of your own bedroom.

There is no public nudity required on these workshops.
