This workshop is an opportunity to experience your own uniqueness and to deepen your connection with others and with life itself through ecstatic dance. Through working with the dynamic interplay between form and formlessness you will:

· Practise dropping deep into the trance of repetition.
· Practise letting go into the ever-changing fluidity of the moment.
· Learn to remain rooted in yourself while expanding your awareness to include everything.
· Use these movement and awareness skills to co-create spontaneous theatre and movement rituals.
· Surf on the edge between ‘me’ and ‘us’, between structure and fluidity, known and unknown and so become part of the great universal dance.
· Experience how the power of your own freedom can interconnect with the power of unity and community.
