Body prayer

"Zero Zone is awesome, absolutely awesome. I'll always remember that year. We became like family." David Ellis, UK

Zero Zone is an invitation to explore the 5 Rhythms as a transformational and healing path. Through precise practice involving detailed awareness of the body in movement we will explore the essence of each Rhythm. This catalytic process resonates throughout the whole psyche, freeing your energy to find new alignment; body, heart, mind, soul and spirit, and reverberating through the life of your dance and the dance of your life. Susannah has developed a highly refined and specific way of teaching. Detailed instruction and feedback will be given when appropriate. Zero Zone is for those who love to dance and want to practice the 5 Rhythms as a physical, artistic, healing and spiritual path. It is a choice to participate in the challenge and support of dancing community.

In each module we will focus on one Rhythm in detail, learning about its essence and investigating its shadows. Also, of course, dancing wave upon wave for the sheer exhilarating delight of dancing.
Module 1: Flowing : Earth : Body : Feet: Receptive : Acceptance : Substance
Accepting, receiving and grounding yourself, relaxing, letting support in, learning to trust the flow of your energy, finding your feet. Strengthening your capacity to simply be, to be with what is. Bringing compassion to your relationship with yourself.
