Welcome to the School of Movement Medicine
Life is Movement & Movement is Medicine
Movement Medicine invites you to Stand Up and Be Who You Are, Take Responsibility for Your Life, and Evolve the Capacity to Give what you’ve got.
During challenging times like these, we have a choice. Curl up and be overwhelmed or remember what we are made from and live from the creativity of the embodied soul. Our work is dedicated to supporting you to discover and deepen your connection to what resources you and to make that choice.
The School of Movement Medicine is home to all our in-the-room work which is slowly beginning again post pandemic.
21 Gratitudes is home to all of our online Movement Medicine offerings, from the Study Hub membership, live events, online courses & immersive workshops.
To find out more about all the wonderful Movement Medicine professionals we have trained around the world and their online and in the room work, go to: Movement Medicine Association.
We are delighted to let you know that for the first time in three years, the Summer Long Dance, our flagship not-for-profit event, will be taking place in a magical valley in Devon in the UK.
Movement Medicine is a creative, embodied meditation practice for our times. It is rooted in ancient wisdom and modern understanding of how change happens.
Our experience over more than 30 years of teaching worldwide has shown us that genuine contentment comes from knowing who you are and making your contribution to life in a way that is meaningful to you. Often, all it takes is a little encouragement to feel the music, get moving and trust the dance that’s inside you.
Whether you know our work well, or are finding it for the first time, we hope you find what you need to know here. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to meeting you at one of our events soon.
We are committed to our work being accessible and playing our part in creating a more benevolent human presence on this precious planet we call home.
