A Movement Medicine investigation into your relationship with money & finance
“Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off you.” — Maya Angelou
Money – in your life, is it neutral, a source of happiness, or is it a constant struggle?
Do you believe that money is ‘good’ or ‘bad’? Do you associate it with your self-worth or status? What does success mean to you?
Money is part of life. We all have to engage with it. Our stories about money and finance have an influence on everything we do.
In this weekend workshop we will use dance and embodied shamanic practice to uncover what our personal relationship to money is. We will find the courage to:
- look into the feelings we have around money
- understand how our inherited beliefs affect our finances
- identify our motivations surrounding money
- redefine our relationship to money.
The deeper we dance, the more we gain access to the combined intelligence of the body–heart–mind. This opens the door to what we already know and simultaneously allows us to receive guidance from a higher source. Once we make this conscious, we are free to update, re-design, and make choices about our present and future relationship to money.
“Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.” — Henry David Thoreau
