Being truly ourselves is the biggest and simplest gift we can give to ourselves and to the world. Making our contribution is essential to our fulfilment and feeling worthwhile.
But often we find ourselves repeating the same painful patterns again and again – patterns that take us away from a sense of wholeness. Movement medicine offers tools of awareness and embodied enquiry to understand more about these patterns – and how they are created from perception, feeling, posture and our actions. Often these patterns and repeating stories get in the way of knowing what our gifts are and expressing them. From a ground of compassion and acceptance that we have good reasons for hiding our gifts, we will seek our own inner gold – the simplicity of being who we are.
