Soulful will give you the time and space in embodied enquiry to ask some important questions: Who are you? Where have you come from? Where are you going? What do you want for yourself and for our world? How can you make space for more soulful living in your day-to-day life?

To answer such questions, we must be prepared to dance deep, recognise the power we have and take responsibility for our choices. We must be prepared  to listen to the heart and remember what matters most to us. And we must be willing to open our imagination and recognise that what we harvest is in part, the direct result of what we plant.

Soulful offers you the chance to go on an embodied shamanic journey into the powerfully poetic and imaginative landscape of soul. Grounding ourselves in the roots of the tree of life, we will then journey through the nine upper gateways of the Movement Medicine Tree of Life – a map for our ongoing evolution throughout life, you will be given the challenge and support needed to develop your medicine and strengthen your offering.
You will emerge from this process more empowered, more self-responsible and more aware of the choices you must make to create the harvest of a Soulful life.
