Having completed our first pass through the 21 Gateways of the Movement Medicine mandala, this month we are happy to introduce you to the meditation we call the Shaman’s Door. The Shaman’s door gives us a way to access a wider perspective in any enquiry through stepping into the centre of the mandala.
It brings the mandala more to life as a power tool for increased consciousness and also helps us to deepen our connection to each of the gateways.
For the Live Class on the 4th July, please mark out the mandala on the floor with the four directions and elements (South-Earth, East-Fire, West-Water, North-Air) in your practice space - you can find the KEY HERE. Place the 9 Gateways that represent the branches of the tree of life in the North of your circle and the 5 Gateways that represent the roots of the tree of life in the south of your circle.
