By Susannah and Ya’Acov
Dear All, we are loving coming back into work mode after a beautiful and intense family and friends time over the holiday season. Life simply keeps deepening and we are amazed and grateful for how our relationships with our families keep evolving. Part of this is the beauty of witnessing, supporting and being in dialogue with the younger generation as they grow into who they are becoming. Wow. There is hope for the world!

The year ahead has a number of highlights that we are looking forward to.
We are about to start our third professional training with many of those who recently completed their Apprenticeship. This is a special time for us of sharing and teaching about the principles and craft behind Movement Medicine. It feels like unwrapping presents together! It has been a delight over the past years to witness those who have worked with us so deeply as they begin to flourish into their own style of how they will make their Movement Medicine offering in the world. We anticipate being able to announce the next generation of MM professionals to you! Check out the Movement Medicine Association.

This autumn sees the start of our new format Apprenticeship programme. We are getting great feedback about this new programme that offers more flexibility about the pace of study and the curriculum itself with a wonderful menu of electives that apprentices can choose from. If you want to apply for the start of the next cycle, you need to apply by March 14th. Don’t leave it till the last minute, we are told that the application process is a workshop in itself!

This year Caroline Carey, one of our most experienced faculty members, steps into a new role teaching the Journey of Empowerment. We recommend this course for those wanting to come on the Apprenticeship, and for those wanting a deep dive into Movement Medicine under Caroline’s skilled guidance.
Note: The deadline for early bird bookings for the Journey of Empowerment has been extended to 31 January.

In August, we will begin our new format work for couples in committed relationship. It consists of two modules plus a skype session in between and is called The Space Between UsThere is already a wonderful circle of couples who have committed to join the journey. If you are interested, click on the link for more information and we look forward to sharing with you the ways in which our own relationship has taken quantum leaps over the years since we last offered this work.

At the time of writing one place has just become available on our journey to the Amazon. If you are interested, get in touch with the journey co-ordinator of the Pachamama Alliance fast! (See link above). We will only be offering this journey once every 18 months to two years from now on.

At the end of February and in March, Ya’Acov will be offering the first series of Movement Medicine workshops in the USA. He will be working in Burlington (East Coast), San Diego, Esalen and Portland (West Coast). For full details of this and our whole programme, please check oucalender of events.

We are continuing to offer our workshops around Europe and the world and hope to see you on a dance floor some time in 2016.

We wish you every blessing for 2016. With love and respect for the one you are.
