DanSing-body,heart&voice

DanSing

Whether you have already discovered it or not, as a human being, you are both a dancer and a singer. Singing and dancing open our hearts, free our bodies and empower our souls.

By combining the power of singing and dancing together, DanSing will wake up your body and your voice, providing a direct route to awakening your creative energy and the power of communication. Through this process, the workshop will help you find deep joy, surprising wisdom and a deep sense of connection with all of life.

This work is grounded in Movement Medicine, and Susannah’s unique way of integrating voice and movement, dance and song, based on her devotional, shamanic, musical and therapeutic studies. DanSing includes free movement and vocal improvisation, as well as beautiful harmony songs from around the world. You do not have to be a confident singer or dancer to participate.

It was a very deep, exhilarating, healing, revealing, comforting, educational, illuminating expedition into my life. Singing was new to me, an intriguing and threatening /disturbing /embarrassing prospect of adventure. It turned out to be a very powerful and inspiring tool, opening channels into unknown territories. Susannah enabled me to get there very professionally with lots of compassion and delicacy. Through her guidance I felt secure and held, DanSing in the desert.Judith Kempler, Pedodontic dentist
I want to thank you for your workshop, DanSing. It was a very beautiful experience for me. To sing is one of the biggest challenges for me. Your way of making singing easy for us is just unique, thank you. And while I’m singing I’m really ‘naked.’ It is a wonderful experience to see so many people in this condition and to be part of it.Heera Muller
DanSing is utterly healing, empowering and reenergising. It is such a gift to give myself and to others. I can’t compare it with anything. I am deeply grateful to Susannah for offering this workshop so open-heartedly and for welcoming us home to our singing voices because it is true that if you can speak, you can sing just as if you can walk, you can dance.Zvjezdana Kastrapeli, Translator/Interpreter for English/Croatian
